The rates are calculated on a weekly basis.
For periods of several weeks, there is a discount based on the number of weeks and the season.

• Standard stay: 7 nights

For stays of just a few days or of several weeks, the prices are available on request.
The prices include the check-out cleaning (excluding the kitchen).
Waste disposal (selective waste collection) is the responsibility of the guest.

For seasonal rentals the following are excluded and charged separately: heating, electricity, gas and water whereas for rentals of a week the items above are included in the price.

Deposit: 200 euros payable on arrival, together with the balance of the rent. The deposit will be returned at the end of the stay after the keys have been returned and the apartment has been checked, except for payments withheld for damages caused.

Bed linen and towels: may be hired on request at the price of 14 euros per person per change, to be requested at the time of booking.

Payments: deposit of 30% by bank transfer, balance payable on arrival in cash.

In order to guarantee a control of the state of the property and in preparation for cleaning we kindly ask that:

• Check-in is between 15.30 and 19.00
• Check-out is by 09:30.
